Houserville Part 1

This is the second time Houserville Elementary School in State College partnered with the Urukundo School in Rwanda. Two 3rd grades and three 4th used the premise of the book Lifetime to write a fact about a sea animal that occurs in a lifetime.

I brought the book and school project to use as a teaching tool. Two kids were given a page to read then present to the class. They were excited to know it came from students in the US.

Then it was their time to create a book for Houserville Elementary students.
