Sewing business to support women with HIV aids.

Pastor Joseph and his wife Deborah have a sewing business to supplement his meager income as a pastor.

Six years ago he applied for a grant from the government to purchase 12 treadle sewing machines. Income would support the pastor and his family and allow him to help 14 women with HIV aids and their children that are members of his congregation and can't work.

They employ many from the community, a community where there are few jobs. Pastor's wife Deborah is in the first photo at the sewing machine. They do have one electric sewing machine but it is too expensive to pay for the electricity to run it.

Pastor also worked with Mama Arlene several years ago to provide baby goats to women with HIV aids as most do not work. He has a heart for widows, single mothers and those with HIV aids.
